This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team. We have varied surgical and medical caseloads where you will have clinical freedom to follow your own cases with regular opportunities for operating. We’re offering a welcome bonus of up to £5000 (pro rata) for new hires.Rota patterns that work for youOur people are at the heart of everything that we do, that’s why we know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. We’re happy to offer flexibility to both part & full-time applications. A typical full-time role would involve working an average of 40 hours per week (over 4 days). There’s also our shared Saturday rota. No out of hours or on-call requiredA bit about usWe are a long-standing practice with a loyal client base and a fantastic team. We are constantly looking to improve and have recently refurbished and redecorated the practice. To help us deliver an excellent service we have access to purpose-built facilities including 3 consult rooms, Idexx lab, an operating theatre, digital and dental x-ray, laser, a modern ultrasound scanner and we also treat exotic pets. The three branches are a close-knit supportive team of 7 vets, 14 nurses, 4 VCA’s, 3 receptionists, a client-coordinator, practice manager and clinical director who work together to provide the very best service we can. We make the time to regularly meet altogether for team and clinical meetings.A great area to workBeing based in Castle Bromwich, we are easily accessible via M6/M42. With great access to Birmingham and Solihull Town Centers and Resorts World The NEC only 20 minutes away for restaurants, bars, and shops.
