The role focuses on maintaining high standards of aviation safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits across Line Stations and vendor sites (with occasional overseas travel). Identify root causes of issues, analyse trends, and lead continuous improvement activities. Maintain compliance documentation, update manuals, and manage controlled documents. Deliver Safety, Quality, and Compliance training to internal teams and external partners. Work collaboratively with departments to ensure effective corrective and preventative actions. What You’ll Need Experience in aviation auditing, compliance monitoring, and working within Part 145 and/or CAMO environments. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Relevant audit training and aviation engineering qualifications. A valid driving licence and passport, with flexibility to travel when required. Candidates must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
