What We Are Looking For Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the CPG market and a well‑established C‑level network. Sales Experience: Minimum 12 years within SaaS / multi‑solution sales. Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand business challenges and articulate the value of Salesforce's solutions to address these challenges. Growth Mindset: A self‑starter who is driven, competitive, and eager to achieve significant revenue targets. Collaboration Skills: Experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross‑functional teams to drive results. Adaptability: Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, dynamic environments while maintaining focus on long‑term growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce’s solutions with customer business objectives, supporting retail digital transformation. Build strong relationships with C‑level and senior stakeholders in IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends and understand how Salesforce’s technology can solve key industry challenges like omni‑channel commerce, personalisation, AI‑driven insights, and operational efficiency.
