In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our core technology, managing projects and guiding a team of skilled engineers to deliver exceptional results for our customers. You'll be a key player in shaping our team's culture and success.In This Role, You WillProject & Cost Management: oversee all aspects of company and customer projects, managing resources and budgets while guiding the team to innovative solutions and optimizing workflow.Technical Leadership & Quality: ensure technical success of our programs, understanding customer needs, implementing risk mitigations, and upholding quality standards.Talent Development: hire diverse, highly skilled engineers; mentor and coach team members, focusing on employee development, succession planning, and championing core values.Education And RequirementsA minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.Seven or more years of related engineering experience is required.Two or more years of project management experience is preferred.Prior experience in a service‑based industry is also a plus.Why you will love it?At Plexus, we’re at our best when opportunities are met with passion, open communication, and teamwork.
