We need a leader who can not only manage projects on time and on budget but also empower their team to reach their full potential.In this role you will:Project & Cost Management: Youll oversee all aspects of company and customer projects from managing resources and budgets to leading the team in finding innovative solutions. Youll also be responsible for optimising your teams workflow ensuring theyre focused on high-impact activities.Technical Leadership & Quality: You will be responsible for the technical success of our programs ensuring we understand customer needs and have the right people and processes in place to meet them. Youll proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to keep things on track all while upholding and improving our quality standards.Talent Development: As a leader youll hire diverse and highly skilled engineers who can help us grow. Youll be a mentor and a coach focusing on employee development succession planning and helping each team member achieve their career goals. Well rely on you to embody and champion our core values holding your team to the same high standards.Education and requirements:A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
