We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Philanthropy Manager to lead the growth and development of our major donor programme. Working closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Engagement Events, you will shape and elevate our philanthropy offering, strengthening the foundations, cultivate meaningful long-term relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving significant income growth for the charity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong major donor expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for changing young lives through sport. You will bring experience, confidence and creativity to this high-impact role. You'll be motivated by building a strong pipeline, implementing a prospecting culture and developing strong relationships which in turn secure transformational gifts, and comfortable influencing, collaborating and communicating at all levels - including with high-net-worth individuals.
