You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working on a range of exciting projects, from network design to treatment facilities, through all stages of delivery, from feasibility to construction. This role offers hands‑on experience and the chance to learn from senior engineers while contributing to high‑impact infrastructure projects that meet technical standards, budgets, and deadlines.Based in North Derbyshire/South Yorkshire, this role will be mainly site based with some time spent working from our offices or from home. The role is a September 2026 start.Typical DaySupporting the design of water and wastewater projects, from outline to detailed designAssisting with design activities during constructionGathering and analysing data to inform design decisionsHelping ensure designs meet client and industry standardsTaking on technical tasks that match your growing skillsParticipating in site visits, surveys, and inspectionsContributing to feasibility studies and technical reportsFollowing health, safety, environmental, and quality proceduresPreparing and reviewing design calculations and documentationStaying up to date with industry best practicesAbout YouWe’re looking for graduates who are curious, creative, and ready to collaborate to create change and bring fresh perspectives.
