What you will do: Support service users from entry into the service through to recovery. Carry out screening, assessment, recovery planning, and make onward referrals. Reduce drug and alcohol‑related harm to clients and the wider community. Promote service user, carer, and community involvement. Provide advocacy and partnership working to ensure access to wider support services. Help individuals reintegrate into the community through recovery‑focused, person‑centred approaches. You will coordinate: Recognised psycho‑social interventions. 1:1 key working, POD, and group sessions. Clinical and harm minimisation interventions. Brief interventions and referrals into specialist services. Requirements: Experience in a substance misuse service is necessary to provide the best support and results for our clients.
