We'd love you to join us.What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?Previous experience providing the technical application support of services during major incidents including the understanding and exposure of the ITIL Service Management Framework.User Focus - Evidence of successfully communicating complex technical information to stakeholders whilst influencing their decision making.Continual Improvement - Evidence of proactively seeking and implementing improvement initiatives from a technical and process angle.Service Focus - Evidence of collaborating with other technical teams to provide a quality service.You and your roleWe're looking for Application Operations Engineers to help keep our applications running smoothly and make them even better. You'll work with a mix of technologies, from Linux and Windows servers to databases, cloud platforms and third-party software. Every day is different, you might be troubleshooting issues, deploying changes, monitoring performance or improving processes.You’ll be part of a collaborative team, sharing knowledge and working closely with developers, architects, testers and other specialists. We use frameworks like ITIL, Agile and Scrum to make sure everything runs efficiently and delivers real value to our users.On the technical side, you'll get hands on experience with managing certificates and key exchanges, diagnosing networking issues and working across both cloud and on-prem environments. You'll also be involved in proactive monitoring, implementing fixes and contributing to continual service improvements to keep our applications secure, stable and high performing.Details. Wages.
