Reporting into our VP of EMEA Sales (located in the UK), the Regional Sales Director – DACH will be an expert in selling Anti Fraud & CyberSecurity Solutions to New Logos in various industries in the DACH Region focusing on the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland regions. This territory may also include other regions and will be decided by the Hiring Manager within EMEA. The role will be a mix of existing pipeline opportunities we have as well as generation of net new created customer interactions. Ability to work extensively with key channel distributors is key to the success of this role and this may also facilitate the need to travel throughout the DACH region. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of CyberSecurity and Anti Fraud Solutions and is comfortable working from a targeted list of potential enterprise customers in DACH. Who You Are Expert in selling Anti Fraud and CyberSecurity solutions to new logos across various industries in the EMEA region. Thorough understanding of CyberSecurity and Anti Fraud solutions, adept at managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Proven track record of success in selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products, particularly to the financial services industry and Fortune 500 accounts in the DACH region. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and skilled at building strong relationships with enterprise clients. Thrives in a collaborative environment and can operate effectively as a remote team member based in the UK. What You’ll Do Sales Achievement: Attain annual sales quota and quarterly targets. Deliver regional bookings goals through prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts. Customer Development: Manage prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle. Develop and nurture relationships with potential enterprise customers in the DACH region. Pipeline Growth Strategies: Develop and implement regional pipeline growth strategies. Leverage all available resources, internal and external, to grow the regional pipeline of opportunities to 4x bookings goals or more. Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Track customer information and provide continuous forecast and pipeline accuracy through diligent CRM upkeep. Ensure accurate and timely updates to the CRM system. Quote to Cash Management: Ensure regional bookings are clean and complete to meet Quote to Cash requirements. Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring smooth transitions from quote to cash. Market Feedback: Report customer feedback and competitive analysis to appropriate company personnel. Assist in product development by providing valuable market insights. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree. Professional Experience: Strong understanding of Anti-Fraud, Cloud, and SaaS solutions. 5+ years of proven success selling SaaS-based solutions or subscription-based products to the financial services industry.> Preferably, successful selling experience with Anti Fraud solutions. Preferably, successful selling experience to Fortune 500 accounts in the EMEA region. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.com. Skills: Excellent, positive communication skills and relationship building. History of meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. Ability to succeed in a collaborative environment and operate as a team player. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Work Environment: Ability to work remotely and willingness to travel on short notice. Performance Indicators Achievement of annual sales quota and quarterly targets. Effective management of prospective customer relationships through all phases of the sales cycle. Successful development and implementation of regional pipeline growth strategies. Accurate forecasting and pipeline management through diligent CRM upkeep. Smooth and complete management of the quote to cash process. Provision of valuable market feedback and competitive analysis to assist in product development.
