Barker Ross is recruiting a FLT Counterbalance Driver on behalf of a client based in Hams Hall, Birmingham. Job Title : Counterbalance Driver Location : Hams Hall, Birmingham Pay Rate : £12.94 per hour Duration : Temp-perm, ongoing Shifts Mon-Fri 22 : 00-06 : 00 Key Responsibilities Operate counterbalance, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse. Stack and store materials in appropriate areas, ensuring proper stock rotation. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of reach trucks. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Keep accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Valid counterbalance certification / license. Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management. Ability to operate counterbalance and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
