Residential Team Leader in Deerswood Lodge Employer: Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd Salary: £14.66-£15.30 per hour Hours: 24 hrs per week Shift Times: 12 hr night shifts (20:00-08:00) on a 4‑week rotating rota, including alternative weekends Location: Deerswood Lodge, Crawley, West Sussex (90 residential places, specialist in dementia, residential, and respite care) Why Work at Shaw Healthcare? Job Responsibilities Lead by example and provide guidance and support during shifts to promote best practice. Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures. Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the Line Manager. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation. Qualifications and Experience Experience working with older people in residential care. Completed or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Flexible, patient, caring, organized, and good with people. Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.
