IT Admin and Support Technician

The IT Admin and Support is a great opportunity because: It’s a new position with the potential to make a real impact immediately The role interfaces with many varied stakeholders across the business and will be highly visible The opportunity to be part of an international team, working alongside close colleagues in France and The Netherlands of our Support Office and across Europe of our hotels The opportunity to work within a small extended team in a results-focused environment What you’ll be doing as our IT Admin and Support: inventory of IT Assets, referencing, upgrades, installation, and configuration Networks, servers, Wifi services and monitoring Cost control: organization, assets, software licences Continuous improvement Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats Creating and disabling user accounts and monitoring access control Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration Issues: troubleshooting and resolving Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize systems Designing and implementing efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems You will be the point of contact on IT subjects of our colleagues. What we’re looking for in our IT Admin and Support: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar and/or applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification. At least two years' experience in an IT Support role, ideally in a comparable business based over multiple sites. Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security. Exceptional, organizational, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
