Job Summary North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare is recruiting a full‑time Consultant Psychiatrist for the Community Mental Health Directorate at the Sutherland Centre, Belgrave, Road, Stoke on Trent. The role is Royal College approved and subject to NHS and professional registration requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide specialist psychiatric care within the community mental health setting. Collaborate closely with local management structures, including the Team Leader and Clinical Director. Engage with other Community Mental Health Teams (CMHTs) and local primary care services to deliver integrated clinical care. Strategically liaise with service clinical directors, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and the Chief Executive. Act as the primary clinical liaison within the Trust, reporting directly to the CMO and Executive. Contribute to the Trust’s strategic transformation, high‑quality care initiatives and Greener NHS net‑zero ambitions. Qualifications & Experience Full registration with the General Medical Council. UK professional registration in psychiatry. Relevant experience in community psychiatry (preferred).
