This is a unique opportunity to work within a regulated environment on a long-term programme that expands your expertise in commercial management and construction.Day-to-day, you’llManage NEC4 contracts, particularly post-contract activitiesSupport procurement and supply chain managementAdvise on budget control, risk and change managementProvide strategic reporting and forecasting to the clientEnsure commercial transparency and value for moneyThis is a permanent position, based in Warrington (Cheshire) or Moor Row (Cumbria) with a 37-hour working week. You benefit from hybrid working arrangements, spending two days per week in the office, with travel to the client site expected once a week.Essential experience of the Senior Quantity SurveyorExperience managing NEC contracts, ideally post-contract phasePrevious Quantity Surveying experience within a regulated environmentConstruction experienceQualifications for the Senior Quantity SurveyorA degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essentialSecurity ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
