Role: Medical Receptionist - Fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months. Location: 6 Smithy Wood Drive, Chapeltown, Sheffield S35 1QN Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Salary: £24,000 per year (pro rata) Here at SpaMedica, our focus is on patient care, safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally. Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information. Make appointments for our patients applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail. Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic. Be effective with all administration tasks. Provide excellent customer care to all our patients.
