The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Retail Strategy by overseeing day‑to‑day operational efficiency, compliance, and coordination across the retail network. The Retail Business Development Coordinator will act as a central point of contact for retail shops, ensuring consistent standards, maintaining compliance systems, and supporting the Retail Operations and Projects Manager with the implementation of new initiatives, projects, and business improvements. Support the production and timely circulation of the weekly retail communication bulletin to all shops in collaboration with the Retail Operations and Projects Manager. Introducing new initiatives, managing processes end to end. To work with the Retail team and Retail Managing Director as necessary to achieve financial targets and budgets.
