We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team for the next 6 months within our People & Experience (HR) Team. This contract role will lead a People Ops team of 3, managing, inspiring and developing the team across: Payroll – hands on experience required. HRIS – implementations, improvements & efficiencies. HR Admin – full employee lifecycle admin. Compliance & Reporting. Total Rewards. This contract is a unique opportunity to make an impact in an organization with a big heart. We are a close‑knit, fast‑paced, welcoming HR team that works hard and has a lot of fun. Ideal candidates will have experience leading People Operations or HR for an organization of similar size, with a track record of driving processes and efficiencies.
