We are currently seeking a Compassionate and Dedicated Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join their outstanding team. The Role: Supporting pupils with complex needs, both in the classroom and through personal care routines Assisting with learning activities under the direction of the class teacher and therapy teams Providing tailored support to promote communication, independence, and well‑being Using a range of communication tools and sensory approaches to engage pupils in learning Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent, high‑quality care and education The Ideal Candidate: Experience supporting children or young people with complex needs or disabilities Comfortable providing personal care and following individual care plans Patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs Confident working within a team and using initiative to meet pupil needs Support Workers and Nursery Practitioners with relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply Why Join Us?
