Partner – Insurance Consulting, UKI – Wipro Wipro is an end‑to‑end digital transformation partner. As a Partner in the Insurance Consulting business unit, you will lead the growth of consulting business across one or more strategic accounts in the UKI region and support the wider European and Global Insurance markets. You will build senior client relationships, drive transformation, and leverage Wipro’s capabilities to deliver significant profitable growth. Responsibilities Lead the growth agenda in a business‑development, transformational, and delivery capacity across Life, Annuities and Pensions, General Insurance (Personal & Commercial Lines), Broking and Re‑Insurance, and platform experiences such as Guidewire. Build and maintain senior client (C‑level) relationships and collaborate with Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally. Provide pull‑through opportunities for wider Wipro practice areas (Technology Services, Business Process Services, Engineering Services). Champion digital adoption and transformation, defining and shaping transformation propositions using core and disruptive technologies. Drive strategic execution, manage change, build relationships with clients and partners, motivate teams, and achieve business outcomes. Leverage program and consulting disciplines (Project & Program Management, Storytelling, Executive Communications, Commercial disciplines) to deliver sustainable customer value. Qualifications Proven business‑development and sales experience, generating multimillion‑dollar engagements across new and existing accounts. Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship‑building and networking skills on the client side, ecosystem partners, and internal organization. Self‑sufficient, proactive approach to business development and internal utilization, with a “sell & deliver” operating model. Delivery and program expertise with experience managing multi‑shore consulting projects and distributed teams. Champion transformation and digital adoption in the UKI Insurance landscape; strong knowledge of industry solutions such as Guidewire, Policy Administration, Finance/Actuarial, Claims, Data & Analytics platforms. Strategic mindset with ability to define and shape transformation propositions, influence internal change, and articulate AI opportunities within the insurance value chain.
