What does a day in the life of an Operational Support look like? About you You have previous experience of working within an office environment. Educated to GCSE level C in Maths and English or equivalent. Personal injury and/or clinical negligence experience/understanding would be highly advantageous but isn’t essential. Great communicator, both verbal and in writing You are an experienced user of mainstream office IT (in particular MS Word and Excel) and ideally have a working knowledge of case management or CRM systems. Team player with a track record of building strong, effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the business.
