Base Pay Range My client, an International bank in London, is looking for an Oracle Financials Architect to join their growing team. Banking experience is a must. About the Role As the Platform Architect, your role involves designing, guiding, and supporting the client's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. Your primary objective is to create an efficient platform architecture aligned with the organisation's strategic goals. Role Summary This position serves as a Finance Architect for Oracle ERP, EPM (Cloud and EBS) for the client’s London offices. Responsibilities include implementing, improving, monitoring, and maintaining bank’s Oracle financial application systems—Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets—to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity, while providing functional support to end users. The job requires knowledge of Oracle ERP (Cloud and EBS). Your Responsibilities will include: Business Alignment: Collaborate with EU business stakeholders for Finance requirements for critical programs. Architecture Oversight: Support the EMEA Finance leads to develop and maintain the architecture vision, roadmap for Finance. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture and providing technical guidance. Qualifications Strong industry experience, particularly in banking sector Oracle Financials. Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles and processes. Demonstrable experience with ERP systems (Oracle Financials). Hands‑on experience and full lifecycle implementation knowledge of Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets modules. Business Area Finance IT delivers IT solutions and services to all EMEA legal entities and branches. We use Oracle Financials applications and in‑house platforms to support business functions. The Book of Work comprises strategic platform architecture and regulatory initiatives.
