Known for consistently Good to Outstanding Ofsted ratings, they provide high‑quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs (EBD). Role Overview We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to provide practical, emotional, and educational support to children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. The role involves safeguarding their welfare, acting as a positive role model, and helping children achieve their potential. Key Duties Support children’s physical, emotional, behavioural, and educational needs Act as a key worker providing 1:1 guidance, advocacy, and support for learning and activities Maintain and follow care plans, keeping accurate records Promote positive behaviour and social development Work collaboratively with colleagues, attending team meetings and contributing to care planning Comply with safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies Requirements Secondary education (Level 3 childcare qualification desirable) Clean driving licence Experience in residential care or working with children Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Awareness of safeguarding and equal opportunities Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team Emotional resilience and understanding of challenging behaviour #J-18808-Ljbffr
