Sales Coordinator

You will be part of our European Sales team and work with popular brands like Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort and Safety 1st.N.B. Please note that this position is for a maternity leave cover for one year, ideally starting the 1st of September 2025.Your missionIn this position, you will play a key role in supporting our sales channels; Mass Market, Online, Outlet, and CP, by coordinating promotions, managing master data, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding. You’ll work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to ensure every detail is aligned and every process is optimized. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational and analytical skills make a real impact.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the coordination of sales promotions and product launches to drive growthMaintaining and updating retailer master data across systemsMonitoring pricing, backlogs, and availability, resolving issues before they escalateActing as the main contact for B2B customers and supporting Key Account ManagersCollaborating with different teams to meet retailer requirementsCreating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and ExcelYour profileRelevant experience in a similar sales coordination or commercial support roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailHands-on experience with Power BI and Salesforce is nice to have.A proactive mindset and strong communication skills.What we offerA salary of £28,000 per annumThis is a temporary position for 1 year (maternity cover), starting 1st September 2025This is a hybrid role based in Borehamwood, UK, with 2 days per week working on-site.The annual leave entitlements consist of 25 vacation daysOther terms include health insurance and pension scheme.Are you ready to grow?Working at a Top EmployerWe are thrilled to have been officially certified as a 'Top Employer' since 2023 for our Dorel Juvenile Europe HQ in the Netherlands This remarkable achievement is a testament to our collective dedication and hard work.
