Part-Time SEN Teacher – Primary Autism Unit – Lambeth

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding part-time role? Pertemps Education is working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Lambeth that is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join their specialist autism unit.

The Role:
Teach and support a small class of pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) within a primary setting
Plan and deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet pupils’ individual EHCP targets
Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the SENCO to provide a holistic and nurturing learning environment
Maintain positive communication with parents and carersThe Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
Experience teaching pupils with autism or complex communication needs
A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching
Strong behaviour management and differentiation skillsThe School Offers:
