Staff joining this team must be resilient, nurturing, and able to work closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and wider support staff to ensure pupils receive consistently high-quality care, structure and engagement throughout the school day.Whether you are an SEN Teaching Assistant seeking day-to-day supply, a long-term role or a permanent position, our expert consultants work closely with a variety of specialist and mainstream settings.
