We have a fantastic list of luxury holiday home partners across England, Scotland & Wales. We specialise in creating unique birthday, anniversaries, corporate, hen and stag packages offering incredible experiences and memories for guests. We provide a personalised service, selecting the best catering & activities available to ensure that the event is amazing for all. My Event Concierge was founded after organising a sten do 5 years ago. The experience of researching a holiday home that will host 20 people and organising catering and activities was stressful and time consuming. So I decided to launch MEC (My Event Concierge) to offer an easy way to book everything from one place. We brought on a Co-Founder and launched Company Offsites, the number one place to organise company retreats for remote teams to gather and celebrate in the beautiful English countryside. With 20,000+ bookings to date & hundreds of holiday home partners, we are growing the team The Job This is a remote‑working role. So you’ll be working from home and collaborating with UK colleagues and customers. We’re looking for an event planner who gets a genuine thrill out of planning trips, and instilling a sense of excitement and anticipation in our lovely customers. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our groups and take them right from the start of their journey all the way along to the weekend itself. Your Responsibilities Replying to new enquiries. Providing guests with package options based on their budget, dates, and preferred location. Arranging phone calls with customers to establish trust. Delivering an amazing and friendly communication experience to help guide our customers towards the perfect package that fits their tastes. Communicating with activity & catering suppliers to arrange bookings for our customers. Setting up payment plans and clearly communicating payment schedules with customers. Answering any customer questions and helping to put their minds at ease. Skills Required Strong interest and enthusiasm in planning events and trips. Incredible attention to detail and organisation – this is a role that requires diligence in providing the best options to customers, and noting every detail. Math skills in order to calculate trip costs, which may fluctuate if guest numbers change. Great taste for catering and activities options for our customers. Good sense and knowledge of social media (primarily Instagram) is helpful, especially in providing tips to our customers. Salary & Details Full Time hours on offer, but we will consider part time, ideally working 9am – 5pm remotely Monday – Friday. 25 days holiday. £20,000 a year.
