OverviewMaintenance Supervisor (1 Person Site) - FM Service Provider - London, Kings Cross - Up to £55,000 per annumExciting opportunity to work for an established FM company situated in London. CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor (1 Person Site) to be based on a commercial building in Kings Cross. Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Resident Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible and ensure the delivery of all aspects of PPM and reactive maintenance, as well as overseeing specialist contractors. This role is extremely varied and as the ONLY Engineer on site you will cover everything from completing "hands on" PPM and reactive tasks to attending client meetings, overseeing audits, Monthly reports, Compliance etc. This is a permanent role and pays up to £55,000 based on experience and overtime. HoursMonday to Friday - 8:00am to 17:00pm Key duties & responsibilitiesEnsure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specificationEnsure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administratorUpdate customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works requiredEnsure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be madeIdentify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to line managerEnsure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable orderMaintaining statutory compliance is paramount and therefore excellent document control and upkeep of site files is of utmost importanceCarry out regular site auditsProduction of quotationsEnsure all contracts under designated control are statutory compliantEnsure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to always ensure safe working practicesSupervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance RequirementsCompletion of a recognised Electrical industry qualification preferably an apprenticeshipCity & Guilds level 2 & 3C&G 18th Edition IEE Wiring RegulationsA proven track record in building/ facilities maintenanceMust have good customer facing skills to include an understanding of customer related issuesHave an understanding of HVAC workloads and issuesGood and broad knowledge of health and safetyAble to cover the call out rotaHappy to work on your own (With the support of the mobile team if required)Ideally Computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Office system/BMSMust be willing to undertake a "Basic DBS Check" #J-18808-Ljbffr
