Our client is a reputable asbestos consultancy known for delivering asbestos analytical duties to a varied and high‑profile client base. They are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Romford area. The ideal applicant will hold the P403/4 asbestos qualifications with considerable experience carrying out a wide range of asbestos air‑monitoring duties as well as site audits on various site types. Consideration will be given to applications from Brentwood, Grays, Enfield, Dartford and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience Attain the P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualifications. Significant experience working as an asbestos analyst within the asbestos industry. Confidence in undertaking a wide range of asbestos air‑monitoring duties for a diverse portfolio of sites. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office package. Full understanding of the health & safety procedures pertaining to asbestos. Good client‑facing and organisational skills. Key Responsibilities Carrying out asbestos 4‑stage clearance, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re‑occupation and personal air testing. Overseeing contractors on site and ensuring they adhere to health & safety procedures relating to asbestos. Conducting site audits. Building and maintaining a good rapport with clients. Producing comprehensive reports as and when required. The successful candidate will possess strong asbestos analytical experience as well as a proactive and adaptable approach to their work.
