Our client who has a UK wide presence providing asbestos services for a mixed portfolio of clients, have had a role open up for a hard-working Asbestos Site analyst based in and around the Romford area. The ideal applicant will hold strong working experiencewithin the asbestos industry and have extensive experience with carrying out personal air testing, 4 stage clearance and re0occupation on a mixed range of site, they would also ideally hole the P403/P404 qualification. Applications from Cheshunt, Chelmsford,Maidstone, Basildon, and the surrounding areas will be taken into consideration.
Qualifications & experience
Must have full working knowledge of health and safety legislation regarding asbestos.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Role
Undertaking stage 4 clearances, smoke, background, leas, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on a mixed range of properties.
Supervising asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that all works are carried out in line with current Health and Safety regulations.
Collecting information and producing accurate reports.
Maintaining and building good working relationships with clients.
Must be prepared to travel to sites designated by the client.
We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404 or s301 CCP.
