About the RoleAs a Sales Advisor at M&S Opticians, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality eye and hearing care services while promoting our offerings within the wider M&S store. Your role will involve optimising sales opportunities, maintaining customer records, managing stock, and providing exceptional customer service. You will assist patients in selecting the right eyewear, educating them on care and maintenance, and ensuring a seamless experience. With a strong retail background and excellent communication skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, making a meaningful impact on our customers’ lives.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointmentsMaintain accurate customer records and manage stock levelsProvide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionallyAssist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestylePerform basic adjustments and repairsSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsSupport the fitting and dispensing of contact lensesConduct preliminary pre-tests and measurementsWork towards achieving store sales targetsSupport marketing initiatives and special eventsAbout YouYou are a customer-focused and detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping others.
