Role Objective LIV Golf is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Assistant to join its Finance team in London. The successful candidate will oversee invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of accounts receivable processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a dynamic and fast-paced sports organisation. Job Responsibilities / What You Will Be Doing Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) process, including raising and issuing invoices, credit notes, and payment allocations. Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for sponsorships, broadcasting rights, and other revenue streams. Monitor outstanding accounts and proactively follow up on overdue payments to ensure prompt collections. Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any payment disputes. Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Operations) to ensure revenue recognition aligns with contractual terms. Prepare AR reports such as aged debtor analyses, cash flow forecasts, and revenue tracking. Support the month-end closing process by preparing AR-related journal entries and reconciliations. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Support the Director, Transactions with process improvements and system enhancements. Liaise with external auditors, supplying required documentation for financial audits. Required Skills / What We Are Looking For From You Proven experience in an accounts receivable role, ideally within sports, media, or entertainment. Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and revenue recognition. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MSD, SAP) and strong Excel skills. Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of IFRS or other financial reporting standards (advantageous).
