Overview Ideagen is seeking a talented Marketing Automation Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, innovative marketing professional ready to take the next step in their career and deepen their expertise in marketing automation Responsibilities Campaign Development and Execution: Design, build, and deploy multi-channel marketing automation campaigns using Pardot, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and automated customer journeys. Lead Management and Optimization: Manage lead scoring models and progressive profiling strategies, overseeing the lead lifecycle to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency. Database Management and Segmentation: Maintain marketing database health, ensure GDPR compliance, and execute strategic segmentation for targeted messaging. Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance using Pardot and Salesforce, providing actionable insights and dashboards to demonstrate ROI and effectiveness. Technical Integration and Optimization: Serve as Pardot technical expert, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing platform functionality. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and system performance. Skills and Experience Demonstrates creative thinking and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges, with the ability to find effective solutions across complex marketing workflows. Maintains high standards of accuracy and consistency across campaign assets, data management, and reporting. Continuously seeks opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance performance, and drive measurable improvements. Has hands‑on exposure to marketing automation platforms, with a foundational understanding of campaign setup and execution. Familiar with Salesforce CRM, including basic navigation, reporting, and lead management functions. Confident using Excel for data analysis, segmentation, and reporting, including formulas and pivot tables.
