Remain calm in challenging situations. Responsibilities Work closely with children and young people in care, putting them at the centre of everything you do. Create positive relationships, meet their needs and always safeguard them. Meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. Assist with the care of our children and young people, supporting them in all aspects of their lives including activities, hobbies and educational pursuits. Maintain consistency and organisation: create timetables, set boundaries and expectations for the children. Benefits £50 per sleep in. Flexible working patterns.
