Our client's purpose-built nursing home in Downham Market PE38 has exciting openings for HCA/Support Workers.

**Job Details as HCA/Support Worker**:

- Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
- Location: Downham Market PE38
- Salary: £11.00 per hour
- Schedule: Mixed shifts

**Responsibilities as HCA/Support Worker**:

- Deliver high-quality care within our care home environment
- Encourage independence among residents
- Assist with daily tasks, including personal care
- Implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs

**Requirements as HCA/Support Worker**:

- Genuine desire to provide compassionate care
- Strong team player
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
