We’re looking for a Senior Data Platform Consultant who can lead large-scale delivery, influence client strategy, and mentor across teams. This role is key to helping our clients unlock the full value of their data through strategic insight, scalable architecture, and thought leadership. What you'll be doing You’ll lead the design and delivery of complex data solutions across multiple teams and clients, while shaping Snap’s internal capabilities and external presence. Leading large-scale data solutions, including enterprise migrations and multi-team delivery Influencing client strategy, facilitating workshops, and aligning technical solutions with business goals Managing cross-functional teams, optimizing resources, and driving capability growth Identifying systemic issues, implementing scalable solutions, and managing risk across projects Mentoring team leads and senior consultants, contributing to training strategy, and building thought leadership Driving internal initiatives, shaping delivery best practices, and contributing to Snap’s go-to-market strategy In your first 3–6 months, success might look like Leading a multi-team delivery of a strategic data platform initiative Influencing a client’s roadmap through technical and commercial insight Mentoring a new team lead and contributing to Snap’s capability-wide strategy What you'll need to succeed We’re looking for someone with deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a strong commercial mindset.
