The studio is known for delivering projects across a wide range of sectors, including heritage, education, hospitality, leisure and community buildings. Their portfolio combines sensitive conservation work with contemporary design, always with a focus on quality, context, and innovation.The successful Project Architect will take responsibility for leading projects from concept through to completion. This includes:Managing the design process across multiple sectorsCoordinating with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure programme, budget and quality objectives are metPreparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications and construction detailsOverseeing compliance with regulations and best practiceProviding mentorship and guidance to junior team membersContributing ideas to the practice's design culture and ongoing developmentThe successful Project Architect will be:Chartered Architect (ARB) with significant experience delivering projects at all stagesStrong design flair paired with excellent technical and detailing skillsKnowledge of working with heritage and conservation projects is highly desirableConfident communicator with strong organisational and leadership abilitiesPositive, collaborative attitude with the ability to manage competing prioritiesOn offer for the role of Project Architect:The opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of interesting and challenging projectsA supportive, design-led team environmentCompetitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experienceCareer development opportunities within a respected practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
