Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, for one of our clients based in Oldbury. As a Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for performing reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical machinery across the site, reporting directly into the Maintenance Manager. Responsibilities Reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical machinery across the site Investigating faults with plant and equipment, completing any necessary repairs Supporting the day-to-day manufacturing process Effective recording and monitoring of all engineering/production-based issues Troubleshooting problems and suggesting improvements Details Location: Oldbury, Birmingham Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 PA Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm and Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm Requirements Prior experience working within Mechanical Maintenance City and Guilds Part 1 and 2 in mechanical engineering Experience of planned maintenance and continuous improvement Good attention to detail Fitting skills with the ability to weld and fabricate Hydraulic and pneumatic fault‑finding experience Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension scheme Discounted gym memberships For more information, hit apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
