A fast-growing global innovator in sustainable waterborne clean power technologies, our Client is a leading developer of advanced technology for maritime applications, driving innovative projects in shipyard construction, clean propulsion, and floating infrastructure. The Role Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Document Controller to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for implementation, operation and safeguarding of the Client’s information management system, using appropriate tools to manage and control the evolution and flow of information. The ideal candidate will also have experience as a Technical Writer, producing high quality reports. Key Responsibilities Document Management: unique identification, filing and change management of technical documentation. Ensure the accuracy and relevancy of technical and commercial documentation. Manage the control and distribution of technical and commercial documentation. Review and update information management systems and procedures. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information. Support the production of ad hoc reports as needed. Key Requirements BSc degree in project management or relevant field. Proven experience working in a document controller role. Strong ability to communicate clearly. Experience as a document controller in a large technical organisation or similar. Excellent organisational skills. Strong command of MS Office packages. Working knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Good note‑taking skills and attention to detail. Experience dealing with sensitive information. Desired Skills / Experience Experience supporting the drafting of contracts. Experience liaising with IT to resolve EDMS issues. Experience driving the implementation of information management systems. Experience with Monday.com. Marine or civil nuclear experience would be highly advantageous.
