What You Will Do Brand Strategy & Creative Direction Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone to typography. Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more. Creative Leadership & Team Management Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators. Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines. Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy. Foster a collaborative, high‑ownership culture within the creative team. Execution & Optimization Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability. Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows. Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. Bonus: Experience in fintech, e‑commerce, or high‑growth consumer brands.
