The Team This role sits within the regional Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team, providing compensation support for specific business lines. You will be part of a dynamic and well regarded team working to deliver across all annual compensation processes, including year-end activities and reporting. Close partnership with the broader compensation and human resources teams are critical to success in this role. Responsibilities Compensation advisory, tracking and analytics, ensuring comprehensive understanding of regional issues and priorities. Accurately compiling, summarising and analysing data effectively to help drive fact-based decisions. Preparing line of business, country and regional compensation reporting and analysis throughout the year, and particularly for the year-end compensation review process. Developing, improving and maintaining dynamic tools. Ensuring appropriate governance and control activitiesacross regional compensation processes. Contributing to a broad range of compensation initiatives and projects across the region. What we are looking for Experience of compensation practices within a large multinational financial services firm. Technical background required with exceptional ability in data analysis, interpretation and presentation, and attention to detail, Ability to use own initiative and judgement, to act proactively and work with low levels of supervision. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to summarise and articulate complex process / data into easily understood information. Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain a close working relationship with HR colleagues. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing large and complex datasets. Proficient in other Microsoft applications (Powerpoint, Word) and HR information systems.
