As a microcosm of the wider BBC the Technology Operations team provides Engineering and IT support for the technical infrastructure and facilities including: Radio & TV studios, OB Vehicles, PSC & studio cameras, audio and video edit systems, playout areas, Desktop IT, signal routing and conversion monitoring systems and IP content infrastructure. During your apprenticeship you will gain experience in these areas working with and learning from industry experts.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACTAs a Broadcast Engineering apprentice (EAS26) this is a brilliant opportunity to learn, grow and contribute you will :Develop your understanding of how live content is acquired and presented to studios, recording areas, playout facilities and distribution platforms in the formats they each require.
