This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in IT and telecoms support, withopportunities for further training and certifications across our product range – including incentives for yourachievements.Main DutiesService request diagnosis and resolutionIT – Troubleshoot desktop issues affecting users, workstations, applications, and file storage.Connectivity – Identify and resolve basic line faults.Telephony – Administer soft PBX systems and perform basic troubleshooting.Mobile – Manage wholesale portals and configure mobile device management systems.Pass complex issues to senior or specialist engineers as needed.Hardware setup and maintenanceSet up PCs and laptops for new and existing clients, fix hardware faults, and install upgrades.System monitoringMonitor RMM dashboard alerts and take corrective action where necessary.DocumentationRecord all work within the Halo PSA system to maintain accurate logs.About you:A team player with excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude.A logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.Eager to build a career in IT and telecoms support, with a willingness to learn and gain certifications.Skills & QualificationsA genuine interest in IT and telecoms.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in a similar role or technical aptitude is a plus but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
