Base Pay Range Annual base salary: £35,000 – £45,000 plus performance-based bonus. Job Overview Head of Resourcing, Sales at Cavendish Maine, a leading BBQ brand. Key Responsibilities Meeting existing customers to review 2025 sales and secure commitment for 2026 Identifying and securing meetings with relevant garden trade buyers in prospect accounts to explore new sales opportunities Working with the Managing Director on range development, exhibition planning and forecasting Supporting customers with in-store display set‑ups, staff training and product demonstrations About the Company One of the UK’s leading BBQ brands that offers a comprehensive range of well‑priced products meeting the needs of consumers and retailers. Skilled leadership and careful channel management have enabled secure margin management and solid UK sales performance. Key Skills and Experience Required At least 5 years of experience in field sales in the garden leisure market Contacts and working relationships with relevant garden centre buyers Independent and self‑motivated character A hunter as well as a farmer with determination to grow sales numbers Home location near the M5 / M6 Salary and Benefits £35,000 – £45,000 plus performance-based bonus, company car or car allowance, laptop, mobile and all support required to work remotely.
