Join to apply for the National Account Executive role at REVOLUTION BEAUTYWe are the Revolution We hire and develop people who believe in and live our culture and values so that we can truly create an amazing place to work.We are looking for a National Account Executive to be responsible for coordinating and implementing the account promotional plans and calendars, as well as supporting the National Account Manager with relevant administration tasksWhat You’ll DoBe aware of promotional activity and ensuring all relevant administration and support is completeUse sales and stock data to assist the business in driving strategic guidance to customersCoordinating samples for sending out to each account at key launch timesCoordinate, submit and evaluate account specific promotions and proposalsLiaising with the Marketing team to understand and implement the cosmetic promotional programme for all accountsProduction of stand update packs, managing coordination of this with the relevant Distributor and Merchandising CompanySupporting National Account Managers with range reviews / trackers, stand layouts and retailer planograms (including introductions and discontinuations)Carrying out monthly pricing and margin checks in all accountsMaintaining customer Order Forms with consistency and accuracyAd hoc reporting/ projects requirements as dictated by customers and NAMsCurate Outlet opportunities, utilising sales and stock data to deliver packages for customers to drive salesExcellent Excel skills; capable of manipulating and analysing dataThe ability to interpret data and provide insights that highlight potential opportunities for growthA wide business, brand and market knowledge, with a passion for RevolutionStrong organisation and communication skillsYou’ll be proactive and ambitious, with a drive to continually improveSimilar experience within the cosmetics industry is desirableOur purpose is to create incredible quality, socially driven, cruelty-free and vegan AFFORDABLE BEAUTY that every person can enjoy.
