What You Need To Succeed Ability to work accurately and effectively to strict deadlines Understanding of statutory compliance requirements Ability to liaise with the wider team to ensure information is obtained and is accurate Strong understanding of GDPR (advantageous) and experience as a deputy data protection officer Proactive contributor to team success, spotting and solving issues Fluent English with excellent spelling and grammar Proficient IT user, comfortable with MS Office and internal systems Thrives in a fast paced, fluid environment What You’ll Be Doing Take ownership of all procurement administration, including contractor onboarding, accreditation, and ongoing document control—ensuring all insurance, health & safety, and compliance documentation is accurate and up to date. Manage the end‑to‑end tendering process for contracts, from initial specification through to contract award and administration, supporting cost savings and operational efficiency. Monitor and evaluate contractor and supplier performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and procurement strategy, and proactively addressing risks. Provide administrative support for compliance activities, including SARs, GDPR and AML audits, and statutory reporting. Liaise closely with contractors, suppliers, and the compliance team to resolve queries and mitigate risks. Support the Head of Group Compliance and senior team members. Manage personal and shared inboxes to respond to procurement and compliance queries promptly. Assist with data protection officer duties, such as breach responses and compliance tracking. Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and compliance processes.
