Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager  – SW London – c£35k

My client is a long established and highly reputable independent managing agent overseeing a prime London block portfolio (with growing commercial element).

They now require an additional Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager as follows:

Minimum of 1 years direct block management experience essential
Up to £35k to start (on experience and qualification)
1 day from home once settled
TPI desired but not essential. Training can be provided in post to obtain
Providing support to the established block management team
Office is within a short walk of both Pimlico and Victoria stations
Training and progression will be given to eventually become a Property Manager with your own portfolio. At Assistant Property Manager level you will assist with service charge invoice administration, resident / contractor queries by phone and email, insurance claims / administration, contractor management and generally ensure Property Managers are able to effectively oversee their estates. There is also a possibility of exposure to a commercial portfolio if so desired.
