OverviewMy client is currently looking for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team in Blackpool. This role sits within their transfers and settlements team.ResponsibilitiesReview daily stock reconciliations for all custodiansChase all outstanding transfers on a weekly basisComplete Fund Application Forms/Registration Forms and Stock Transfers forms, liaising with other departments including CDD and Compliance when requiredRegister physical shares both in and out of client\'s own name and our nominee nameMonitor all group email boxesRun order books, tasks & reports in Avaloq to monitor settlement of trades against payment, liaising with the Client Services team/Execs and Counterparties accordinglyAssist with all testing for both fixes and upgradesAdhere to department proceduresAny other reasonable duties as requested to support the businessUndertake technical or any other relevant training as and when requiredBe proactive in developing knowledge of the industry and the market.
