Overview Your main duties will be to manage patients under Gastroenterology and the Intestinal Failure tertiary service on ward A7 and other outlying acute ward areas. You will be able to attend MDTs relevant to providing multi-disciplinary care for the inpatients. Responsibilities Manage patients under Gastroenterology and the Intestinal Failure tertiary service on ward A7 and other outlying acute ward areas. Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to provide multi-disciplinary care for inpatients. Review investigation results and act upon them during inpatient ward duties and ward rounds. Help ensure patient admissions run smoothly, efficiently and effectively by encouraging multi-disciplinary team working. Agree activity levels with the Clinical Lead, undertake annual appraisal and job planning as per UHB policy. Adhere to UHB policy on maintaining medical excellence and keep knowledge and skills up to date. Applications Applicants are invited to apply in Welsh.
