What We're Looking For Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally Chartered, or working towards Chartered status). Proven experience in financial planning-independent, restricted, or corporate—demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice. Exceptional communicator, able to make complex financial arrangements clear and accessible. A track record of achieving challenging sales targets in a regulated environment, with the drive to win new business and nurture recurring revenue. Confident with back-office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail. Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd's annual assessment—integrity is at the heart of everything you do. Committed to continuous professional development, always keeping your CPD logs and training up to date.
